Psychological Resilience: Staying Effective When High-Impact Work Gets Hard

High-impact work can be deeply meaningful. It can also bring sustained pressure, rejection, uncertainty, urgency, perfectionism, and difficult decisions.

Resilience is the capacity to adapt, recover, and keep responding effectively when pressure, setbacks, or change arise. This session explores how to make it part of sustainable high-impact work.

What you’ll explore

  • 01What psychological resilience means in high-impact work
  • 02Selected CBT-based and psychological flexibility tools
  • 03Reflection and guided micro-exercises you can put into practice

You won’t be required to disclose personal experiences. There will be time for questions.
